Ian Humpheryes

I have been a professional marine biologist for 40 years and a keen naturalist before that. I work daily to protect our seas and rivers from development pressure, pollution and climate change but also love to educate the next generation about the wonderful world we live in and how fragile it is so they can look after better than we have done. Writing children's story books is my small way of maybe developing the interest a young person that will lead them on a life of wonder and discovery.
